Pre-Order Policy

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has been announced but has not yet been released.  We will not put up pre-orders on our website until our order is placed with the company so that your order is guaranteed!

How do pre-orders work? 

By placing a pre-order for an item, you are reserving one of the number we have ordered from the manufacturer. Payment is due at time of purchase and when the product arrives at our warehouse, all pre-orders are fulfilled before the item is stocked on our website or in our stores. You will receive an email with your updated tracking information as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

When am I charged for a pre-order item?

You are charged immediately, and in return, you are guaranteed the item. We only pre-sell items that have been confirmed by the manufacturer and they are only made available in the quantity that we have ordered. We do this to ensure that you receive your ordered item and that the item does not oversell, causing delays for restocks or cancellations.

When will my item arrive?

Generally, all in-stock items ship within one-two business days of when they were placed. Once this happens, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information which you can check for an updated estimate on your order's arrival. Please note that if your order includes items that are pre-ordered, it will not ship until all pre-ordered items are available. Additionally, if you select "In-Store Pick-up", the order will not ship, and will instead be available to pick up at your convenience.

 

An item I ordered was supposed to be released already, what is the status of my order?

We consider pre-ordered items to be of the utmost priority and will ship them as soon as they arrive. An item's release date is listed on the product page. Sometimes there is a non-specific date such as a month, this just means that the manufacturer estimates the availability to that month. Additionally, manufacturers sometimes give preferential treatment (understandably) to larger retailers, and in some cases they will receive their shipments before we receive our's. While this is not always the case, know that it is possible and we will do everything in our power to get your pre-ordered items to you as quickly as possible!

What happens when I combine in-stock items with pre-order items in a single order?

We will ship your order as you ordered it, meaning that all currently in-stock items will not be shipped until all pre-ordered items have arrived and the order can be fulfilled in its entirety. If you would like to receive items separately, then you need to order them separately and pay separate shipping.

Can I return or cancel my pre-order?

All pre-orders sales are final.
